Caritas Matha Friend’s Club, in association with NSS High School Karapuzha, successfully organized an awareness session on Heart health & Diet plan to better heart for students.

The interactive session was led by Dr. Safeer Sadakkath (Specialist – General Medicine), along with Mr. Joshy Thomas (GM – Administration, Caritas Matha Hospital) and other caritas matha staff, focusing on the importance of timely response and preparedness during emergency situations.

Together, we continue to spread awareness and build a healthier, safer community.
