Caritas Matha Friend’s Club, in association with Holy Cross Vidyasadan, Ettumanoor, successfully organized an awareness session on Sex Education and Puberty for students.

The interactive session was led by Dr. Aneeza Nazer (Consultant - OBG), along with Sr. Anieamma (Nursing Supervisor, Caritas Matha Hospital) and the dedicated Caritas Matha team. Together, they created a safe space for open dialogue—helping young minds understand, grow, and make informed choices with confidence.
