Nurses Day 2025

The Nurses Day 2025 celebration at Caritas Matha Hospital, was a heartfelt tribute to the dedication and compassion of the nursing staff. Organized by the Caritas Matha Nursing Department, the event brought together hospital leaders, staff, and nursing students in a joyful and appreciative atmosphere.
The program began with a prayer and a welcome dance by students from Velankanni Matha College of Nursing. Ms. Elizamma Tomichan, Nursing Superintendent, delivered the welcome speech, followed by a presidential address by Rev. Dr. Binu Kunnath, Director & CEO. The celebration featured engaging performances, including songs, group dances by various departments, a mono act titled “A Nurse,” and a colorful fashion show by CMH nurses.
Felicitations were delivered by Rev. Fr. Roy Kanjirathummoottil, Rev. Sr. Shiji Jose, and Dr. Sajan Thomas, recognizing the tireless efforts of the nursing team. The “Star of the Month” award and prize distribution added moments of pride and motivation. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Mariyat Joseph.
With vibrant performances and sincere appreciation, the celebration successfully honored the spirit of nursing, leaving a lasting impact on everyone present.
